Circular blepharoplasty: a refreshed look

Task: the patient presented with pronounced under-eye bags and upper eyelid hooding that made the eyes look tired.

Process: circular blepharoplasty correcting both upper and lower eyelids, removal of excess skin and redistribution of fat pockets.

Result: the eyes look open and refreshed, with a natural eyelid contour and no 'pulled' appearance.
