Facelift: middle and lower zone with blepharoplasty

Task: the patient presented with pronounced descent of the tissues in the middle and lower thirds of the face, a loss of a defined facial contour and hooding of the tissues around the eyes.

Process: a facelift addressing the middle and lower zones combined with blepharoplasty.

Result: a defined facial contour was restored, the eyes look more open, and the features appear rested and natural. A follow-up examination was carried out after healing.
