All operations are planned procedures. Before the intervention the patient goes through the obligatory preoperative examination: laboratory tests and, when there are indications for them, consultations with doctors in the relevant specialities and additional investigations. The list of these is determined by the treating doctor, taking into account the extent of the operation and the type of anaesthesia.
The lift is performed in the clinic's own operating room with anaesthesiological support. After the operation the patient stays under the supervision of the medical staff for as long as the indications require it to be so.

In the first days after the operation the swelling and the bruising are clearly noticeable - in every patient they go away at their own individual pace. The sutures are removed at a follow-up examination, after which the appearance of the face gradually becomes natural again.
The timing of the return to work and the restrictions on physical exertion are named by the surgeon - they depend on the zone of correction and on the way the healing is progressing. The final result is assessed several months later, once the tissues have fully stabilised.
